Ohio State is heading into March Madness in style as the team has received custom Air Force 1 that come equipped with Ohio State-themed velcro patches. The patches range from the Ohio State logos to extra Nike swooshes and even some Buckeyes. We will be on the look out as other Nike school such as Duke, Villanova, Kentucky, Oregon, and UCONN are set to receive pairs as well.
adidas Football introduces their special edition “Snow Cone” pack, that features the 2019 adizero 8.0 football cleats. We have seen these cleats making their rounds at the adidas 7v7 tournaments this year already. The “Snow Cone” pack was inspired by childhood memories and the vivid colors that make up the vast variety of flavors from snow cone stands and trucks across the nation. The special edition pack will have five flavors to choose from; Grape Twist (purple/orange), Blue Raspberry (red/white/blue), Pink Lemonade (pink/yellow), Watermelon Mango (green/pink) and Mystery flavor (rainbow). The special cleats are available for purchase at a $120 price point.
Oregon’s Women’s Basketball team received a special pair of kicks designed by Tinker Hatfield himself. Each player got a pair of the exclusive Air Jordan 6s as they prepare for the post season. The crispy white Jordan 6s are accented with black and Oregon’s neon green. To take the Oregon branding a step farther on the back heal we see the Oregon wing pattern as well as the Oregon O on the sides of the shoes.
adidas enlisted the help of 49ers Adrian Colbert to bring a fresh treat to their 7v7 tournament. Adrian rolled up in a custom ice cream truck to deliver the snow cone inspired gear to the players. We see a few different flavor options for teams including cleats and gloves that each team rocked in the 7v7 tournament.
March Madness is set to begin and with the tournament comes special gear for the teams. Jordan schools have been given exclusive Why Not? Zer0.2 and Air Jordan 4 for each of their players. We see each pair of shoes in the school colorway with special tongue tags that feature the schools logo.
adidas has introduced their 2019 NFL Combine cleats, the red hot adizero 8.0 Primeknit cleats. adidas will be decking out their future signees in lightest cleat at the combine. On the bottom of each cleat is Bye as the each player tears down the 40 yard dash. We will keep an eye out to see what adidas may be incentivizing their athletes with this year to break the 40 yd dash record.
Neymar Jr. is making his comeback from injury and with that he has introduced his new NJR Silêncio boot that celebrates Neymar Jr.'s capacity to silence doubts, dismiss distractions and let his skills speak on the field. We see the boot covered in a graphic made up of multiple black "SHHHs". A unique feature comes with no two boots are exactly the same.

In honor of the Warriors six NBA Championships they unveiled the limited-edition “Champion Tradition” shoes to commemorate the team’s NBA Championships. To create the shoes they enlisted the help of the Shoe Surgeon to create six unique pairs of kicks. The Air Jordan 1s feature authentic jerseys and game-used nets. The tongue tag features the Warriors logo with their motto “Strength in Numbers” stamped on the side. Down the back of the shoe lists out each year the team has won the NBA Championship. The shoes come in the Warriors Blue and Gold colors and have the game-used nets as the laces. To finish the look the shoes have gum sole inspired by the hardwood basketball court
Kawhi Leonard has officially been announced as the face of New Balance Basketball. In honor of the brands comeback into basketball they have chosen to break out the OMN1S model with Kawhi during the NBA All-Star weekend. New Balance Basketball posted out on their social media along with the kicks “We wanted people to vote for the debut at #NBAAllStar. But Kawhi wears whatever color he wants." The pairs sport Raptors-inspired colorways that feature varying combinations of black, white, and red. The standout pair from the group is the "All-Star" color schemed ones that feature black mesh, royal blue suede, and possibly a glow-in-the-dark outsole. We will see Kawhi hit the court in them this weekend during the All-Star Game.
Russell Westbrook had a special Valentine’s Day pair of shoes he hit the court in. Russell came out in the Bear Jordan Why Not Zer0.2 PE shoes that came in a special package to complete the themed shoe. The shoes were created to mimic a Valentine’s Day teddy bear with fur and everything. The special edition kicks came in their very own heart shaped chocolate box which Westbrook carried into the stadium ahead of the game. We have seen Westbrook catch the eye of the media and fans with his special themed kicks and packages to go along with them this season.
