The new Oklahoma City ‘City Edition’ uniforms have been released. The new jersey features “Oklahoma” across the chest in black outlined in white with a thick orange drop shadow. The new uniform features a primarily black and blue split with a thick orange stripe running diaganoally across it. On the waist band of the shorts we see the state of Oklahoma featured. Running down the right side of the shorts is the Thunder wordmark in white, with the Thunder shield logo on the other side.
"This year’s city edition uniform truly captures and honors the pride we feel in being Oklahoma’s team. It also is a tribute to the diverse people of our state who are defined by the values of hard work, perseverance and kindness. The uniform’s modern look reflects the state’s 21st-century focus on innovation and forward momentum. Wonderful, inspiring things are happening in this state, and the Thunder is proud to reflect those values." - Brian Byrnes, the Thunder’s senior vice president of sales and marketing
