Atlanta United FC has revealed their newest kit, the Star & Stripes Kit. The team from ATL reigned supreme last season in the MLS winning the MLS Cup. In honor of the accomplishment the team has created the Star & Stripes kit that is full of ATL swagger, equal parts grit and flash, both timeless and contemporary. The jersey has key elements that tie this kit to the city. The Starred Crest is the badge of the new Atlanta. We see the 5-Stripes crest remain over the heart as a constant reminder of who the team is and where they came from. The red & black stripes remain as that is what Atlanta United FC has built their story upon. We see the number Seventeen in the state outline at the hem of the jersey as a nod to the fans and supporters. On the back of the neck there is the UNITED mark paying tribute to Atlanta’s unwavering perseverance and serves as a reminder to players and supporters that we all carry the city on our backs. A great kit to commemorate a great season.

FC Cincinnati unveiled their first-ever Major League Soccer jersey. The team’s primary kit shows off a royal blue base, which is distinctively accented with orange throughout. The stripes have a unique diagonally accented lines that vary in width that make up the vertical stripes on the front. The presenting sponsor for the kits is Mercy Health, which we see their wordmark across the chest. Over each player’s heart is the team’s crest emblazoned in a special metallic thread for the inaugural season. The left front hem of the jersey showcases a special jock tag that features “2019 Inaugural Season” with the 0 in 2019 being the club’s crest. The kit is finished off with royal blue shorts that have the club crest on the right leg’s hem and royal blue knee-high socks.

“We want to thank MLS and Adidas for working so closely with us to create a really sharp inaugural primary jersey in record time,” FC Cincinnati President and General Manager Jeff Berding said. “It’s a dynamic design that really shows the upward and unlimited potential of soccer in Cincinnati. It has a lot of movement and brings the eye up, demonstrating our quick rise to MLS. We believe this is a fantastic entry for us into the league and we look forward to our players – and fans – wearing it with pride this year.”

Philadelphia Union revealed their new 2019 secondary jersey. The alternate jersey features the first-ever-in-MLS customizable back tags in honor of the club’s 10th season. The jersey is a simple navy and white color scheme that showoffs a radial design that begins from the signature snake logo on the lower left hip. 

“We’re a club founded by fans and we wanted these kits to reflect that in our 10th season,” said Doug Vosik, Union Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications. “It’s fitting that we found inspiration for a design directly from our supporter group, the Sons of Ben, and fans. Over the years, the Sons of Ben have used sun radial designs frequently in their tifos, in addition to their in-stadium street art mural, a fan-favorite photo moment on game day. To honor all fans, we invited them into the design process by enabling them to vote on hundreds of back tag designs to decide on the final ten options for the secondary jersey.”  

We see three stripes lining the sides of the jersey that now replace the color blocked navy siding for a clean design. The Bimbo’s partnership with the Union remains seen across the chest of the jersey, while the logo has been changed to a monochromatic navy.

The Chicago Fire have revealed their new 2019 jerseys. The new look includes a new jersey partner with the Chicago-based mobile communications giants Motorola. The jersey will feature the crest on the upper left chest, while a large banner reading Motorola stretches across the chest, and on the bottom of the jersey we see a small Chicago Flag. The team will have a red and white kit for home and away games.

adidas and EA Sports have teamed up to bring us a collection of limited edition soccer kits. The limited edition collaboration will be featured in FIFA 19, and will also be available to purchase physically. This collection has re-invented the look of four of the most iconic clubs with Real Madrid, Manchester United, Bayern Munich, and Juventus.

The Real Madrid jersey celebrates the team’s all-star-heavy roster with a starry night’s sky theme.

The FC Bayern jersey focuses on the clubs signature match day anthem “Stern des Südens” translating to “Star of the South”. The jersey features a fiery red colorway and the famous FC Bayern crest in the center.

The Manchester United jersey gets a bold leopard print design inspired by the UK street fashion.

For Juventus we see an iridescent inspired design.

Nike has introduced FC Barcelona’s third kit and with it comes a tribute to the city of Barcelona. The new jersey features a sash design inspired by one of the Catalan city’s most famous streets, the Avinguda Diagonal, cutting an angular swathe from the left shoulder to right hem. The pattern based on an aerial view of Barcelona’s famous Eixample District gives that connection to the city and its team.

The Jordan Brand has introduced their first collection with a soccer club, allowing Paris Saint-Germain to be the first team to wear the jumpman logo on a soccer kit. “Jordan Brand and Paris Saint-Germain share a distinct position in sport and style, so to partner with the club is a natural fit,” says Michael Jordan. 

The Jordan Brand x Paris Saint-Germain collection delivers performance and lifestyle gear, including two special edition match kits, footwear and apparel. The kits are built from the Nike Vaporknit Match chassis and feature black and white colorways with red accents. These kits will be used as the clubs third and fourth kit options. The goalkeeper kit comes in bold Infrared, a nod to one of Jordan Brand’s main original color.

“We’re excited to unite these two passionate communities by putting the Jumpman on the chest of Paris Saint-Germain to continue fueling the energy for sport and style globally,” says Jordan.
