Boston College has released the new uniform for the men’s basketball team. The basketball team will now have a Red bandanna uniform to wear on the hardwood. The special look honors the legacy of BC Lacrosse ALUMNI, Welles CROWTHER who LOST HIS LIFE ON 9/11 WHILE RESCUING PEOPLE STUCK IN THE SOUTH TOWER OF THE WORLD TRADE CENTER. THOUGH HE LOST HIS LIFE, HE is REMEMBERED AS THE MAN IN THE "RED BANDANNA," WHICH CROWTHER USED TO HELP HIM BREATHE through THE SMOKE. IN THE END HE SAVED 18 PEOPLE FROM THE TOWER.
The special uniform features the Boston College wordmark on top and bottom of the player’s number, just like the style that was used on the Boston College lacrosse jerseys Welles played in. The side panel on the jersey and running into the shorts features the paisley bandanna print in red. On the right chest each player will wear a number 19 patch, Welles lacrosse number. while the final touch comes on the back in the place of each player’s name will be ‘FOR WELLES’ on the backs each players jersey.
NC State men’s basketball team will honor the 40th anniversary of the 1983 National Championship team with a special throwback uniform. The special look is a white uniform that FEATURES State across the chest in red with red numbers and red, black and white piping. ON the shorts the wordmark Pack is seen on the left leg with the retro trim continued on the shorts.
The Pack will wear the special 1983 throwback uniforms for NC State's annual Heritage Game at Reynolds Coliseum on Tuesday, Dec. 6 against Coppin State and on Wednesday, Feb. 22 when the Pack hosts Wake Forest at PNC Arena.
The NBA has released the team’s new City Edition uniforms for the upcoming season. This marks the sixth year of the NBA City Edition threads that tell the story of the team’s communities in the design inspiration.

Wisconsin Basketball has released their 2022-23 “By the Players” uniform. The special look was created in collaboration with the players themselves. The look was designed as a representation of diversity and inclusion. The black uni features gold pinstripes containing the words "EQUALITY, UNITY, WISCONSIN FORWARD" within the stripes. Across the chest is Wisconsin in Black outlined in red and gold. The player’s numbers are in red with a black and gold outline.

Michigan State and Gonzaga will play in this years Armed Forces Classic game on Veterans Day. Both teams will wear special Digi camo uniforms for the matchup that will be played on the on the flight deck of the USS Abraham Lincoln in San Diego.
The Golden State Warriors received their 2022 NBA Championship rings. The latest ring for Golden State features 16 carats of yellow and white diamonds set within a yellow gold ring. The 16 carats represents the team’s 16 wins during the 2022 NBA playoffs.
Seven carats of yellow cushion cut diamonds represent the team’s seven championships, while 43 baguettes in the bridge represent Stephen Curry’s 43-point performance in Game 4 of the NBA Finals. The ring has a secret compartment on the top that reveals the trophies won by each individual player, which is only accessible through a lever designed within the architectural features of Chase Center.
The sides feature seven championship trophies to represent the franchise’s seven NBA championships, the team’s “Just Us” mantra, players names, and more.
The Boston Celtics have introduced their new City Edition uniform. The special look pays homage to Bill Russell’s legacy with the Celtics. The Celtics wordmark on the front of the jersey was inspired by the Boston establishment, Slade’s Bar & Grill, which was famously owned by Bill Russell in the 1960s. There are 11 gold diamond icons down both sides of the uniform, signifying the number of Celtics NBA championships Russell won. We see the diamonds overlayed on black trim, which features the famed Celtics parquet floor pattern tonally. The number 6 is on the belt buckle of the shorts with 11 gold diamonds around it honoring Russell being the NBA player with the most championships in NBA history.
The Purdue Boilermakers Men’s Basketball team has revealed their new uniforms for the upcoming season. The team released two sets of uniforms, a black and a white set. The two looks feature the Purdue wordmark arched across the chest with the player’s number located below it. Both uniforms are trimmed out in gold. The shorts feature the Purdue P on the hip, giving another touch of branding.
The Memphis Grizzlies have unveiled their new Statement Edition uniform for the upcoming season. The look blends the current uniform design with the iconic Beale Street Blue coloring. We see in the design work mark grab inspiration from the 2001 Memphis jerseys along with the addition of the ‘Memphis Soul’ side panel and the MEM pattern. Across the chest is the is the 2001 wordmark with the neon inspired inlines and Memphis in gold. Down the right side is the MEM pattern. The belt buckle now features the singular MEM, a nod to the City’s airport code and inspired by the shipping containers found throughout Memphis.
For the Portland Trail Blazers new Statement Edition Uniform the team called on the help of all star Damian Lillard to design the new look. The uniform will feature the primary Pinwheel logo on the front of the jersey for the first time in team history. The red jersey and shorts will have a unique pinwheel hashmark design down the sides in black.
