Throwback Uniform for Indiana Football
Indiana introduce a special throwback uniform honoring the era of IU Football greatness worn by some of the teams coached by the late Coach Bill Mallory. The helmet will see the return of the block I with a white and black center stripe to go with the black facemask. Across the chest of the jersey reads Hoosiers in place of Indiana. The letters and numbers feature the retro mesh jersey texture adding to the retro feel. The white pants will have thick red stripes running all the way down the sides straddled by two thin black stripes. Red cleats and black gloves will finish off the retro look.
We will see the Hoosiers hit the field in the special look on September 18th at home when they take on Cincinnati.
