Being a fan is what we have in common – it’s our connection to a province that’s as vibrant and diverse as our jersey collection.

With the end of the 2018-19 hockey season the Vancouver Canucks have released their jerseys for the team’s upcoming 50th season. The new home and away primary jerseys will now feature the orca whale logo, exclusively on its own, as the Canucks primary logo.
The team will also add a new heritage jersey that features a modern design on the ‘Stick and Rink’ mark worn during their inaugural season in 1970-71. On the numbers of the heritage jersey we see a perforated pattern meant to represent the rain, a characteristic of life on the West Coast. The final jersey that will be in the rotation for Vancouver will be the ‘Black Skate’ jersey. The fans voted and elected to bring back the iconic jersey that was worn during one of our most storied times in the team’s history.
