Boston College Baseball Team Unveils New "Boston Strong" Inspired Uniforms. The team will debut on One Boston Day, April 15th, 2023. The uniforms are a tribute to the 2013 Boston Marathon bombings and feature the official colors of the Boston Marathon, yellow and blue. The Boston College Baseball Team's new uniforms feature "Boston College" printed on the front and the phrase "For Boston" on the back. The design is a nod to the unity and strength shown by the Boston community following the tragic events of the Boston Marathon bombing.
The team's new "Boston Strong" inspired uniforms were revealed in a video that featured Boston College Chief of Police William B. Evans and Boston College Deputy Chief of Police Kevin Buckley, as well as a number of BC baseball players wearing the new uniforms.
The Boston College Baseball Team's new "Boston Strong" inspired uniforms are not only a tribute to the victims of the Boston Marathon bombing, but also a symbol of unity and strength for the entire Boston community. The team will wear the new uniforms with pride on One Boston Day.
