The CFL's Montreal Alouettes will take a trip down memory lane this season as the team will honor past teams with old school helmet designs. Montreal is starting training camp with blank white helmets and making their players "Earn Their Wings". The Alouettes will start the season wearing the 1946 "Wings" edition helmet design. The team is looking to reconnect with its community by showing the progression of the team's look throughout the years.
During the month of June the team we wear the 1946 "Wings" helmet. In July the team will wear the "French Horn" helmet from 1970. August the team will rep the "Delta" logo from the 1974 season. Finally, come September the team will go to the current logo they have had since 1996, the "A".
