New Uniforms for The BC Lions

The BC Lions have been a dominant force in Canadian football for decades, and they continue to strive for excellence both on and off the field. One of the ways they're doing this is by revamping their uniforms to reflect the team's historic past and exhilarating present and future.

Starting in 2023, the Lions will don Blackout Uniforms at home and Fog Grey Uniforms on the road. The Blackout look features black as the primary color with bold orange details on the numbers and name bars. Black pants and orange striping complete the uniform, paying homage to the franchise's championship past. Black has been the primary uniform color for many of the team's greatest moments, including Grey Cup wins in 2000 and 2006. As the Lions continue to establish their home stadium as the biggest fortress in Canadian football, the Blackout look will set the tone for home-field advantage.

On the road, the Lions will be sporting Fog Grey uniforms with black numbering and orange trim, representing the team's west coast image. Grey pants with orange and black striping complete the Fog Grey collection, representing the team's impenetrable and ominous style of play away from home.

The Lions' new uniforms are not only visually striking, but they also represent a new era of on-field memories for the team's great fans. Starting quarterback Vernon Adams Jr. said, "Look good, feel good, play great. I love them." Adams also noted the intimidation factor of wearing all black and how the Fog Grey uniforms bring back fond memories of his time at Oregon.

In conclusion, the BC Lions' re-branding of their New Era uniforms is an exciting change for the team and its fans. The Blackout and Fog Grey uniforms pay homage to the team's past while setting the stage for an exhilarating future.
