Michigan Hockey have brought back their maize Michigan script hockey jersey for the 2018-19 season. The jersey draws inspiration from the past maize script jerseys we have seen Michigan Hockey wear. Across the chest shows off the bold Michigan script with “Hail to the Victors” on the inside of the collar.
The Washington Capitals have released the team’s third jersey. The new jersey is modeled after the original red jersey worn from 1974-1995. We see the red retro jersey feature the original Capitals workmark across the chest with six stars above it and five stars on each sleeve. To finish the look the Capitals will wear blue pants and red helmets with their third jerseys.
The Sharks have revealed their new stealth jersey. The Sharks set out to create an all-new look that pays homage to NorCal, that embraces the tech culture of the region. The look adds to the predatory nature of the team mascot with the sleek new black on black look. The look fuses the future with the past.

The Calgary Flames have revealed their third jersey which pays tribute to the heritage of the team. The jersey honors the past by bringing back the retro jersey to celebrate the the 30th anniversary of the team’s 1989 Stanley Cup victory. The old school look features a red base with the flaming C logo and the same striping details on the sleeves and hem. The retro look has been upgraded onto the newest adidas hockey jersey template but stays true to the old school look.
The Columbus Blue Jackets have announced the return of their signature cannon logo jersey as the clubs third jersey option for the season. We will see the alternate look hit the ice for the Blue Jackets a total of 12 times this season, with our first look coming on October 18th against the Philadelphia Flyers. The front of the jersey features the old school cannon that represents the Blue Jackets connection to the Civil War. Within the neckline we see the saying “We Fight, We March!” which is a nod to the team’s first Stanley Cup run. There are 10 stars as well that represent the team’s 10 year anniversary.
The WInnipeg Jets reveal their third jersey dubbed the Aviator jersey. The inspiration from the jersey is from the 1990-96 Jets simple uniforms. The new blue color scheme reverses the team’s current color palette, with the aviator blue as the base. The team's official new wordmark includes a Jets script that draws from a long line of team wordmarks that have incorporated Jets shapes and motion. On the inside the neckline are the words "We Are True North.", a call back to their fans who yell "True North" each game.
The Colorado Avalanche have introduced their third jersey for the season. The third jersey will be worn by the Avalanche in the mix for Division Rivalry Night this season within the NHL. The jersey is predominantly navy color scheme and features the new 'C' logo in a throwback-style style crest on the front. We see laces at the neckline, silver piping on the front and white shoulders accentuate the new sweater, which is a mash up between the identity of the state of Colorado and its proud history of hockey. While the white color is meant to represent the snow-caped mountains.
The Stanley Cup Champions are set to start a new season and with the new season comes a new helmet for their goalie, Braden Holtby. The design on Holtby’s helmet features the dome of the Capital building with the old Capitals logo on the sides, Capitals spelled out on the jaw area and an assortment of stars throughout.
The Edmonton Oilers have turned back the clocks and dusted off these retro jerseys. To commemorate the franchise's 40 years the team will wear the jerseys four times this season along with the 40th-anniversary jersey patch that will be worn on all jerseys during 2018-19.
The St. Louis Blues have introduce their team's Heritage jersey. The new jersey is designed based off the team's inaugural uniforms from the 1967-68 season. The look features the original Blue Note on the old school light blue base with the gold and white stripes on the sleeves and waistline.
